Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and FormoHost LLC ("we", "us"), the company that runs RentalTabs. By joining the waitlist or using RentalTabs, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

RentalTabs is a Google Sheets add-on that brings your bank and card transactions into your own spreadsheet and helps you sort them for rental bookkeeping. RentalTabs is in development, and features may change before and after launch.

2. Not tax, legal, or financial advice

RentalTabs helps you organize records. It does not give tax, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for your tax returns and records. Please check your return with a qualified tax professional.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must only connect accounts that you own or are allowed to use.
• You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.

4. Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We will tell you before any price change takes effect.

5. Your data

Your data belongs to you. Your spreadsheet stays in your own Google Drive. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service. For example, do not try to access other users' data, break our security, or use RentalTabs for anything illegal.

7. Third-party services

RentalTabs works with services such as Google and Plaid. Their own terms apply to your use of them. We are not responsible if a bank or third-party service is unavailable or sends incorrect data.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it will always be error-free. Please review your data before you rely on it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Ending the service

You can stop using RentalTabs at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut down the service, we will give you notice, and your spreadsheet will stay in your Google Drive.

11. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell users about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
